These terms apply to your use of stretchandsettle.com and purchases from Stretch & Settle, operated by PrimeChoice Retail LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
Shopping with us
You must be of legal age to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact and address details. Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States, including Washington, DC. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable charges are shown at checkout before an order is placed.
Product information and fit
We describe materials and dimensions as carefully as possible. Colors can appear different across screens, and soft bedding may vary slightly in shape or measurement. Overall dimensions include edges, frames, and bolsters; they are not a promise of an equally sized sleeping area. Review the product specifications and size guide before ordering.
Products are for supervised pet use as appropriate to their design. Check frames, fabric, fasteners, and seams regularly, and discontinue use if damaged. Keep packaging away from pets and children. Follow the care and assembly instructions supplied with the item. No bed or blanket is represented as chew-proof or as treatment for a health condition.
Orders and availability
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you if information needs correction or an item cannot be supplied. We may cancel an order for an unavailable item, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a delivery address outside our service area; any amount collected for a canceled item will be refunded. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Shipping, changes, and returns
Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit is estimated at 2–7 days. Standard shipping is free at $59 or more, or $6.99 below $59. Our Shipping Policy explains timing, tracking, and delivery issues.
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping for quality problems, wrong items, and transit damage; other return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Read the Refund Policy for the return address and inspection process.
Using the website
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another shopper, or submit unlawful content. Keep your account password private. Our brand identity, original copy, and site design may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product imagery is used for retail presentation.
Responsibility and applicable rights
We are responsible for supplying goods as described and handling problems fairly under these terms and applicable law. We do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of a product or events outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by Texas law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
